What was the highlight of Cellai Hotel Firenze
This was a really good stay that could have been even better with a little more welcoming attitude.
Good location near train station. Great facility. Wonderful bartender and staff. Clean rooms with charm.
Staff was fine and pleasant but not warm. Breakfast was understaffed and chaotic.

Overall a lovely hotel, breakfast was a let down.
The room was contemporary and had a large bathroom with walk in shower. The front house staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was a convenient 10-15 walk to the centre.
Breakfast staff were not welcoming to us when we arrived for breakfast. The selection was very limiting at breakfast. A lot of plates were empty. The room layout did not work as you had to squeeze past tables. There were too many tables.

It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely rooftop views and nice rooms. Good breakfast and nice bar.
